Full Job Description
As the Senior Lead for SEND, you will be working with the headteacher and deputy headteacher in the strategic development of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities policy and provision across the school. You will be responsible for communicating the school's inclusive vision and support the headteacher's strategic leadership, motivating and inspiring children and adults through innovative practice. You will also be leading and line-managing the SEND team; SENCo, Nurture staff and all SEN TAs.
