CCP is proud to have been awarded a new contract from Wiltshire Council, to provide accommodation and support to young people (16-25 years old). Our Senior Managers provide vital leadership and support to both staff and residents living in homes predominately in Trowbridge, with other homes in Chippenham and Salisbury. You will be supporting the Registered Service Manager within an Ofsted regulated supported accommodation setting. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Your Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the performance of the department, driving high standards of service delivery and staff engagement and
addressing areas of service under performance.
• Input into business planning, and the development of the service or department to consolidate existing provisions and identify
and capitalise on new opportunities to progress or expand.
• Lead on mobilisation of new services, along with ensuring the recruitment, selection and training of new teams and staff.
• Monitor and develop the use of existing systems to ensure that all contractual requirements are met by appropriately recording
KPI and outcome information.
• Utilise excellent organisational and management skills to empower your team in delivering a high-quality service, whilst being
