Full Job Description

+ Oversee clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory compliance in cell therapy & transplantation
+ Apply transplant expertise to study design, monitoring, and data analysis
+ Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and clinical operations teams
+ Engage with investigators, KOLs, and industry leaders

+ MD or equivalent with
+ Strong background in cell therapy
+ Deep understanding of clinical trials and regulatory frameworks
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced biotech environment
+ Up to 25% travel for site visits, conferences, and collaborations
