Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision and professional leadership of the Music Therapy team which comprises of 3 B6 MTs and1 MTA, as well as maintaining a clinical case load.,

  • To deliver a high quality Music Therapy service to allocated caseload
  • Enhance the profile of music therapy at the RHN - internally and externally.
  • Provide specialist supervision for music therapists at the RHN.
  • Maintain effective links for music therapy with fundraising and communications.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of RHN's objectives and contribute to achieving them appropriately.
  • Strive to improve efficiency in all areas of your work and lead by example.
