An opportunity has arisen to be part of a great team providing a comprehensive Occupational Health service to all Trust staff.The role involves providing clinical leadership, management and guidance to less senior staff.To clinically deputise for theOH Clinical Service Lead in their absence.,

• Assist the Trust in promoting and maintaining the health of staff and lead on particular service development and health promotion activities.
• To work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the service supports the aims of the Trust.
• Support the delivery of Occupational Health Services to NHS client and commercial employers within the remit of the contract specified.
• To advise all Trust staff in regard to their Health, Safety and welfare at work, and assist in promoting and maintaining their health and well-being, within their own area of knowledge and competence.
• To ensure that all health issues are dealt with in a professional and competent manner.
• The post holder will ensure compliance with the Trust's Risk Management Policies and Procedures. These describe the Trust's commitment to risk management, the recognition that our aim is to protect patients, staff and visitors from harm, and stress that all our staff have a responsibility to minimise risk.
• Act as a clinical expert and positive role model for all staff.
