Full Job Description

+ Responsible for the day-to-day management of KDC operational support staff to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.
+ Delivering a strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
+ Attending monthly operations meetings, circulating meeting actions ensuring all are closed out in a timely manner.
+ Directing and managing admin support staff.
+ Providing operational support to the sales team where required when responding to new enquiries.
+ Managing the undertaking of CM responsibilities/delegated responsibilities during leave periods.
+ Assisting the Safety and Compliance Manager with the collation and review of H&S statistics across projects and inputting into external accreditation audits.
+ Supporting client audits.
+ Liaising with external compliance consultants in regards to maintenance of KDC Integrated Management Systems and procedures.
+ Engaging with the Plant Manager on a daily basis to understand machine maintenance requirements.
+ Undertake handovers and task delegation to cover CM's during holidays.
+ Ensuring safety and well-being of all employees and those affected by our operations.

+ Experience managing and leading a successful team.
+ The ability to make strong working relationships with customers.
+ Previous fleet management experience.
+ Previous experience working in the decommissioning/decontamination/demolition or related industries.
+ CCDO Black Card Level 6 or above.
+ Asbestos Awareness.
