As a senior member of the People Team, you will deliver a proactive, professional HR service to the business, working closely with our leaders to identify people priorities, create people plans and solutions, deliver organisation wide people projects, and be a key point of expertise on people matters.

CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent experience and evidence of recent CPD.

Significant experience in a senior HR role

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Experience in leading change and organisational development initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

The Package

Salary of £42,000 per annum

Permanent contract working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Working at our Head Office in Llandudno Junction and hybrid working
