Full Job Description
The roles and the duties for this post include:
- Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of electronic prescribing and medicines administration (EPMA) systems and other pharmacy-related digital tools.
- To work alongside the principal and pharmacists for DCS to develop, implement and monitor standards for EPMA .
- Develop close working relationships with other members of the DCS or multidisciplinary teams to contribute the safe and effective running of the DCS.
- Providing training and support to pharmacy and clinical staff on digital systems to ensure safe and effective use.
- Analysing data and system reports to identify areas for improvement and support service development.
- Troubleshooting system issues and liaising with IT and external suppliers to resolve technical problems.
