To support their continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Planner or Associate Planner to join their Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to work on high-profile projects, advising a diverse client base that includes developers, landowners, investors, and retailers. Project Leader - You can manage multiple projects efficiently, handling everything from initial appraisals to planning applications, appeals, and representations. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and managing planning projects across a variety of sectors.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to drive projects forward.
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Keeping up to date with policy changes and advising clients accordingly.
  
  Chartered membership of the RTPI (essential).
• 4+ years of experience in planning, with most of it gained in a consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team.
