Full Job Description
- Managing planning projects from initial concept to final approval.
- Securing and negotiating planning consents.
- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Conducting detailed research and applying legal precedents.
- Supporting the wider team in delivering strategic planning solutions.
They are looking for highly motivated, commercially savvy, and intellectually curious Senior Planners to join their growing team. Astute - You enjoy delving into case law, applying legal precedents, and developing creative solutions to complex planning issues., - 3+ years of experience in planning, gained in either the public or private sector.
- Full MRTPI accreditation.
- A strong ability to manage projects independently and drive results.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
