Full Job Description

The role of Senior Practitioner in MASH is animportantone; you will be responsible for reviewing referrals and determining the most appropriateresponse to meet achild's needs.With your team of Senior Practitioners and thesupport of your managers, you will ensure decisions are clear, evidence-based and made at pace to ensure our children receive a timely and saferesponse.

This is a key safeguarding role and therefore you need to be an experienced social worker with at least 3 years post qualifying experience in a child safeguarding role.The MASH is a busy, fast-paced environment, and so you should have experience of working in a busy duty and response environment.
