Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Product Manager - Global FX. In this role, the individual will lead and take responsibility for all aspects of product management related to Global FX capabilities and features. The Global FX team is responsible for designing, building, and managing these capabilities, which help our customers address their foreign exchange needs. Additionally, the team collaborates with market leads to promote the existing FX offerings. The Senior Product Manager will work within the FX sub value stream and engage with the Payments, Liabilities and Global Money sub value streams.,

  • Develop a clear and concise product roadmap and vision that addresses customer needs and business goals. Guide an idea from the initial discovery phase through design and development to completion, collaborating with Global FX Product and Proposition owners as well as the broader team to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Implement product management best practices to ensure your product area achieves its objectives and key results (OKRs). You will help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product and oversee the ongoing monitoring and assessment of these metrics.
  • Prioritise customer personalisation and engagement by identifying and leading initiatives that tailor the product experience, aiming to increase user involvement and drive revenue growth.
  • Forge strong relationships with the Markets, Transformation, and Technology teams to ensure swift project delivery and create a thriving environment for all teams, working closely with cross-functional groups.
  • Be a leader within the diverse Global FX team, which includes Product Managers, Analysts, and Design & UX Writers. This includes coaching others, leading by example, and sharing effective practices.

    Demonstrable knowledge of FX and Payments within a Markets, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking Product, within a Banking or Fintech sector.
  • The role requires experience in leading new product development and commercialisation, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional channels.
  • A solid foundation in product management, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile development framework, is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should also have a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, journey quality, and revenue growth across various channels, with an emphasis on digital platforms. A genuine passion for customer experience and engagement is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Rally, or similar product management tools is preferred.
  • This is a hybrid working role with the base location as London.
