Full Job Description

The Oracle Health Senior Project Manager is responsible for two broad areas: People Management, and Project Management for the full scope of our client engagements. This includes but is not limited to: financial management, project plan development and maintenance, team and executive reporting, oversight and coordination of project resources, establishing and enforcing quality controls, supporting future sales, driving scope and benefits from initiation to delivery; in alignment with all customer initiatives. This role serves as liaison between the Oracle Health and Customer implementation teams and Oracle Health/Customer leadership, to ensure all targets and requirements are completed on schedule within scope and on budget.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Project Manager (PM) to join our established team and lead some of our exciting projects. Ideally, you have a strong track record of managing projects with proven results and enjoy working in a cross functional team across all experience levels. Whilst you'll be hands-on wherever and whenever needed, you are a project manager at heart with exceptional organisational skills. We deliver transformational projects and truly value our internal culture by working hard and adjusting quickly to change therefore you would need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep a cool head.,

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5 years related work experience, with at least 2 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, customer relationship management and/or other customer facing HCIT role)
  • At least 3 year project/program management experience, At least 5 years project management experience
  • Project Management professional certification
  • Experience working with the NHS
  • Expectations
  • Willing to travel to customer site as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
