We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Team Leader (m/f/d) for our offices in Essen, Germany. Overview of tasks: Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills clients' hiring needs. Designing and implementing different recruiting strategies. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and motivating the team to achieve our goals. Compiling/Creating decks and reports and making sure all information being presented is accurate to the management team. Close communication with AGMs and OMs to ensure 100% completion of the classes and the delivery of the correct profile. Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies. Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives. What we expect: Proven

experience in leading a team across multiple countries or relevant people management. Experience as a Recruiter or similar position attracting talent or previous experience as a team leader - Required. Minimum of 2 years at University in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing - Desired. Special training programs in the Call Center industry - Desirable. GSuit Knowledge - Intermediate. English & German Proficiency C1 or above (Mandatory). Knowledge in High volume and Strategic Recruitment. Development and implementation of budgets - Desirable.
