We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Boarding Tutor to join the leadership of our Co-Educational Sixth Form boarding house team. Working closely alongside the Housemaster as a leading member of the house team, the Senior Residential Boarding Tutor will provide strong pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership. This role is ideal for a committed teaching professional who is keen to pursue a pastoral direction. They should be passionate about student well-being, ensuring that every pupil has the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential. You will be a trusted presence within the house, helping students navigate both academic and personal challenges and to support their overall growth and happiness.   • Bring proven teaching excellence in an educational setting, with prior experience in a boarding or pastoral role being highly desirable.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Be innovative, proactive, and highly organized, always putting the needs of students at the heart of their work.
