Senior Speech and Language Therapist

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join the team at The Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester. You will lead group therapeutic sessions, build rapport with service users, and encourage engagement and recovery. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional development, you will receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and have access to training to help you achieve your career goals., As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia, as well as working with families. You will demonstrate specialist skills in dealing with complex cases, cultural and linguistic differences, and generate appropriate strategies for caseload management. You will also be undertaking audits and contributing to research in the provision of treatments.
