Senior Technical Officer Private Sector Housing

You'll be providing support to the Manager in terms of service delivery, service management and development, policy advice and formulation and resource management. Key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out the Council's responsibilities under the Housing Act and other relevant legislation
• Implementing the full range of Private Sector Housing provisions
• To assess and process referrals and applications for Disabled Facilities Grants
