Provide Business Admin Support to ensure business & finance processes are fulfilled for both Barnardo's and HCRG Care Group.
Lead for training in Mid Essex - including arranging, booking and monitoring compliance.
Arranging meetings, preparing agenda's & minute taking.
Supporting staff queries and support for the online HR Systems (training will be provided).
Supporting with reception duties as directed.
Support with Key Performance Indicator reports and data drilling, some via the use of SystmOne (training will be provided).
Lead communication within Mid Essex i.e., cascading local information to colleagues, service users & managers.
Support for recruitment, including processing DBS applications.
Maintain equipment logs.
Support with data cleansing.

A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.

This role is based in County Hall, Chelmsford with the requirement to travel between bases within Chelmsford, Braintree & Maldon areas.
