Service Assistant

This location is a busy gaming studio where we provide breakfast and lunch for 100 people daily. We're looking for a self starter who can drive standards from the beginning, install processes and ensure every detail is considered. You'll have the full support of the Chef Manager and our London based teams with regular visits to London offices, regular on site meetings and collaboration sessions.,

• Supervision of all catering related services. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Kitchen Support. Support the head chef in preparation of the highest quality breakfast and lunch service. includes food preparation, washing up and general kitchen management tasks.
• Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Logistics Management - coordinate orders and deliveries. Oversee the flow of food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services
  
  Previous experience commensurate with role
• Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
