Service Manager - Carer Support Service

We have an opportunity available for a part time Service Manager to lead the team at our Bradford and Airedale Carer Support Service based in Keighley Bradford BD21 4AJ, Are you a compassionate and creative soul with a knack for dreaming big and a heart that's bursting with kindness? If so, we've got the perfect opportunity for you as a Service Manager within our community carers services team.

As Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to the people we support. You'll provide leadership and management for the team, always on the lookout for opportunities to help them grow and develop their skills.

We are seeking someone who's dedicated to providing the best care possible to the people we support, and who has in-depth knowledge and experience in supporting adults/carers.

Candidates must have a Level 4 (or equivalent) Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time- frame).
