We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to support our finance team here at Domino's! You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize our ERP processes. Your expertise with AX2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will help us streamline financial operations, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
We operate a 24/7 model, and this role includes being on call once every three weeks, with additional compensation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize ERP functionalities.
- Manage general ledgers, sales ledgers, and purchase ledgers within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics AX2012/365 as an ERP Support Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the system's functionalities and capabilities.
- Finance or accounting qualification, along with a certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Flexibility with working hours is essential, as the role operates within a 24/7 support structure.
