As a Shift Support Operative, you will be vital in ensuring the seamless operation of Lancashire Renewable's activities, providing support to various operational functions as needed. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across multiple areas within the organisation. As a versatile and reliable team member, you will adapt to the changing needs of the business, ensuring the consistent and efficient delivery of services. • A good standard of education.

  Lancashire Renewables Ltd was established for the operation and management of the two waste treatment facilities built for the
Lancashire Waste Contract. Our two facilities in Thornton and Leyland are manned 365 days a year. Both sites can process over 5,000 tonnes of residual (black bin bag) waste per week and divert 95% of this material away from landfill. Our aim is to achieve a sustainable future for Lancashire by providing services to process biodegradable and non-biodegradable community waste and our people are vital in helping us achieve this.
