• Handling recovery actions for unpaid shipping and bunker claims
• Advising on vessel arrests and assisting lenders with ship recovery and sale
• Managing bill of lading disputes and jurisdictional issues
• Advising on ship sale and purchase transactions, terminal and port operations
• Drafting and reviewing standard terms and conditions
• Supporting public inquests and indemnity proceedings
