Our client is an award winning, family run business in the Darlington area. We are looking for a reliable and ambitious Shop Assistant on a temporary ongoing basis. What will my role look like? As a Shop Assistant at Taylor's Butchers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and the smooth operation of our shop. Your responsibilities will include: customer service, order taking, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness and product knowledge. • Responsible for the day to day running of the shop
• Preparation and cooking of baked goods
• Regularly communicating and working with shop staff
  
  Hourly rate: £12.00 (overtime paid after 39 hours)
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:30am - 17:00pm (with a day off through the week) Benefits:
