Youll: Sort, process, display, and sell donated items, along with Rainbows merchandise. Develop creative ideas to generate donated goods and increase income. Lead, motivate, and grow a team of volunteers. Take ownership of meeting financial targets and delivering excellent customer service. At Rainbows Childrens Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 babies, children, and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, alongside supporting their families and carers across the East Midlands.
