Work closely with our customers, brand, and sales teams to deliver activation plans.
Implement strong shopper marketing plans, including supporting key New Product Development (NPD) launches.
Create and deliver shopper marketing materials and content that resonate with our target audience.
Understand and adhere to key customer guidelines, practices, and developments.
Analyse market dynamics, trends, and track competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
Support our growth agenda in eCommerce by working with agencies to track online learnings and implement insights.
Ensure best practices are shared from shopper marketing initiatives across various channels, countries, business units, and companies.

Demonstrable experience in an FMCG (or similar) environment.
Passionate about bringing brands and category strategies to life in-store and online.
Experience in stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Commercial understanding and the ability to drive sales through shopper activation.
Ability to work independently, responsibly, and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Good IT competency, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to produce engaging presentations.
