Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Tuscany Park site in Normanton, Wakefield.

Essential Ingredients

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator.
Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets.
Strong team working ethic
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider site function
Good relationship builder- collaborative in approach, establishing credible, trusted relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong balanced judgement and use a pragmatic common-sense approach.
Attention to detail and high, consistent levels of accuracy.

As the Site Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role, no two days are the same. We are looking for a professional and experienced Administrator to support our team, who will ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer demands.

You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload as you will provide administrative support to the leadership team. You'll be dedicated to supporting the team with all administration tasks such as but not limited to, banking and management of cash at site, supporting with communication and engagement to dealing with confidential information and administrative occupational health requirements.

Your obsession for attention to detail will go into overdrive in this role, ensuring all cash is kept securely and accounted for whilst raising and receipting purchase order numbers for the site as requires.

You'll be a confident communicator and possess good written and verbal skills and able to build strong relationships with our colleagues.
