In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train. Main Responsibilities
• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Stock management tasks
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
  
  General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Understanding of Health and Safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
• Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
