Site Operative

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit 2 Site Operative's to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train. Main Responsibilities
• To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose
• Cleaning of the facilities and accommodation blocks
• Stock management, waste services and sustainability tasks
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance such as mowing, strimming, general vegetation control
• Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided)
• Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
  
  General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Understanding of Health and Safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
• Driving Licence essential to drive Landmarc Vehicles and ATV Bikes on and off site when required.
