Site Operative
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round, shift pattern
Salary: NJC Scale 2 Points 3-4 (£24,027 - £24,404)
Start: As soon as possible
Waseley Hills High School is seeking to appoint a proactive and motivated Site Operative to join our hardworking and dedicated team. The Site Operative supports the Site Lead with the improvement, maintenance and cleanliness of the schools' buildings and grounds. Applications are welcomed from candidates with a commitment to exceptional service and positive attitude to work.
The shift pattern for this role is alternate weeks of earlies and lates:
Early shift:
6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday
6:00am - 1:30pm Friday
Late Shift:
10:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday
11:00am - 6:30pm Friday
All support staff are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the National Joint Council for Local Government Services (The Green Book) Document. The Trust and its schools comply with these requirements as a minimum but optionally offer an incredible wellbeing package including free tea and coffee facilities, free eye tests, flu jabs, cycle scheme and a 24/7 employee assistance programme that offers a wide range of free support from emotional to financial and legal.
CRST are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to completion of an Enhanced DBS and an online search will be carried out on shortlisted candidates.
