We have a permanent position for a Site Services Operative in the Property Services Department. The role requirements are to ensure the collection of waste from MHA properties and disposal at specified sites.

The position requires the post holder to work as part of a team and autonomously to deliver materials and equipment to the Planned Maintenance Reactive and Voids sites. Liaising with tenants, the general public and other officers in a polite and courteous manner.
