Joining the team as a Site Supervisor, you'll get to:

  • Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of skilled operatives, subcontractors and other construction experts
  • Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects
  • Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

  • Review Method Statements and Risk Assessments and makes improvements as appropriate
  • Carries out field audits and confirms the sufficiency of control documentation
  • Produce scheme programmes then deliver to the programme, measuring progress and productivity outputs.

    To make a real impact as a Site Supervisor with us, you'll need:
  • Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
  • A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
  • A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
  • The ability to read technical drawings and information
  • To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
  • Experience of managing civil engineering projects.
