Full Job Description
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
- Set out, level and survey the site
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects

- Prepare reports as required
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise The ideal candidate is expected to work 20-30 hours per week. We offer flexibility in how these hours are worked.
The role is for a duration of up to one year. - This means that while we anticipate the need for the position to last for about a year, the exact duration is uncertain. It could be as short as 3 or 5 months, but we expect it may extend up to a year.
