Full Job Description

As a Skills for Success Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students throughout their university journey. Your mission will be to guide them toward achieving their goals, enhancing their skills, and maximizing their potential. You'll work closely with students, providing personalised coaching and creating a positive learning environment. In this role you will:

  • Deliver workshops on key areas of study skills
  • Be responsible for a caseload of learners, developing individual action plans
  • Assist in identifying and assessing students' support requirements

    Qualification at degree level
  • Ability to support functional English and Maths at Level 2
  • Experience of working with students with learning differences.
