The Young Adults Team support Adults aged 18-25yrs with a diagnosed learning disability who have an EHC Plan. Senior Social Workers also deputise for the Team Manager when needed., We value our colleagues in Cambridgeshire County Council and have developed a number of benefits in addition to annual leave, sick pay, pension and mileage.
