The role is to support our busy employment team in the Grimsby office which consist of three Partners, a solicitor and a specialist employment paralegal. Our Employment team predominantly advises a diverse range of businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to household names and PLCs, across multiple sectors (including education, agriculture, food, public authorities, and the third sector) based locally, regionally and nationally. You will also assist with Claimant advice including settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims.

Manage a caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law (predominantly Respondent, but also some Claimant work).

Provide employment law support to our corporate and commercial teams.

Deliver a technically strong, client-focused, and collaborative service.

Meet financial targets and maintain good financial hygiene within your caseload and the wider team.
