- Ideally 1-4 years' experience in Medical Negligence work
- Proven experience of handling your own cases, including your own litigated cases
- A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients whilst working under pressure

Our Team As the leading clinical and medical negligence law firm in the UK, we know how to make a positive difference to our clients lives. Our experienced medical negligence solicitors take the time to understand what clients are going through, helping them get the answers and compensation they deserve. Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims arising from obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac and psychiatric care. Our solicitors have years of experience making a variety of medical negligence cases including but not limited to: - Accident & Emergency claims
- Cancer claims
- Cerebral Palsy claims
- GP negligence claims Your Role and What You'll Be Doing You'll provide quality legal advice to the firm's clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. Your aim will be to obtain interim payments wherever possible, so that we can put rehabilitation, a care package and suitable accommodation in place before the claim is concluded. As a team, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients. You'll join the Birmingham Team, working alongside Partner and Regional Head of the Birmingham Medical Negligence Team, Luke Daniels and Partner Jenna Harris who have a wealth of experience in complex clinical negligence cases, both on behalf of adults and children. The team act exclusively for clients in clinical negligence cases, helping people bring claims against NHS Trusts, private practitioners and general practitioners (GPs). The cases involve:
- Stroke and profound brain damage
- Spinal injuries
- Birth Injury
- Inquest work
- Fatalities
- Neonatal deaths
- Delay in diagnosis of cancer
- Cosmetic surgery negligence. As the Regional Head of the Birmingham Medical Negligence Team, Luke is recognised as one of the leading lawyers in the region with a reputation for providing fantastic client care, winning some of the hardest medical cases and securing impressive results for clients. Jenna specialises in high-value stroke and spinal injury cases and is passionate about securing the maximum amount of compensation for her clients to help them get the rehabilitation they need and ensure their future needs are taken care of.
