Full Job Description

The role of Solutions Client Analyst is primarily focussed on the investment reporting and analytic requirements of our clients within the Schroders Solutions business. The main responsibility undertaken is the support to the solutions business with high quality data and reporting to measure performance, service queries, meeting preparation, market research and trends and a project support. The team is fast paced, hands-on, and ever committed to providing our clients with a seamless experience. What you'll do

  • Have a primary focus on developing our digital reporting proposition to our institutional client base.
  • Work closely with Client Solutions and to understand client problems and provide best-in-class analytical solutions as client strategies evolve.
  • Design new reporting Dashboards, architecture and create efficiency gains for the wider solutions business.
  • Understand data governance, quality and security and integrate analytics with corporate platforms
  • Interact with Global Data / Technology and understand data flows that integrate into Tableau/analytics
  • Build out dashboard views to help monitor / present the MI information using software to empower client solutions management
  • Enhance the whole process of data management, collecting, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management
  • Have the ability to solve investment related queries and problems
  • Provide explanations of clients' investment returns in the context of their actuarial requirements
  • Gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
  • Create new KPIs and monitor them consistently in datasets
  • To be aware of and adhere to Compliance procedures and requirements in respect of the following: confidentiality, data protection, anti-money laundering procedures, TCF, conflicts of interest.

    Educated to a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree in a numerical, finance or economics-based subject
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and must have Intermediate Level
  • Experience of Excel. Knowledge of Tableau and other data visualistion software
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and operating Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics
  • Strong skills in working with PCs and on-line systems
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

  • Proactive in approach and show initiative to take a variety of tasks with an enquiring mind
  • Pensions knowledge and investment markets interest

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written - Client Services deals directly with most teams in the business as well as clients and third parties so being able to build relationships with these parties is a crucial part of the role.
