Full Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of specialised Physiotherapy to support patients with a variety of pelvic floor conditions. The case load will be a mixture of obstetric musculoskeletal, urogynaecology & colorectal work of all genders. Successful applicants will also be involved in MDT case discussions. All staff have access to regular clinical reasoning and supervision sessions and ongoing support from senior clinicians and the wider MDT. All staff take part in the Appraisal system and have access to regular IST specific to the speciality. There will be the opportunity to take part in M level post graduate training or work through a competency framework to acquire skills/knowledge to achieve the full role specification. TheRole will involve supervision of Physiotherapy students, The role will also involve participation in Service development, audit and clinical governance

Candidates must have a Physiotherapy Degree and have HCPC registration. They should also have good post graduate experience in MSK & Pelvic Health, and recent experience working in the NHS. Post graduate CPD and experience of working in Pelvic Health would be helpful however we are willing to support successful candidates through a competency framework to achieve the full specification. A British driving license is desirable, as is access to a car (reasonable adjustments will be considered)
