Specialist Dietitian

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Dietitian to join their team at Ty Glyn Ebwy, a secure mental health and learning disabilities facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dietetic services to service users, supporting their recovery and enabling them to make informed, healthier choices., As a Specialist Dietitian, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across the hospital, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions aligned to individual care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address the diverse needs of service users, from managing mental health conditions to learning disabilities.
