Full Job Description
Are you looking to move on from your first post, looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a post that will give you the opportunity to gain experience in the community as a Band 6? If so, we can offer you an excellent opportunity, as we are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the Swansea Bay University Health Board Nutrition and Dietetic Team., You will support the supervision of dietetic assistants, dietetic assistant practitioners and pre-registration student dietitians.
We offer both departmental and personal CPD time to support your development and are committed to the development of evidenced based practice, research and clinical audit. You will be supported in attending relevant professional networking meetings and interest groups.
The post would be suitable for a highly motivated Dietitian with wide experience at Band 5 level who wants to gain experience working as part of multi- disciplinary teams. The post will allow you to develop your skills in the management of adults with a range of nutritional needs. You will receive support and mentoring from a senior dietetic lead., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will join the well-established Community Resource Team/Home First Service, working across the Swansea Locality. This is a permanent, part time (18.75 hours per week) post and you will be based in Gorseinon Hospital.
