Specialist Dietitian - Community

The successful candidate will work with colleagues delivering high quality care to patients requiring oral nutrition support and enteral feeding in their own homes, care facilities and the community hospital in Ripon. There will also be the opportunity to work with the community team leader to deliver training on the nutrition support care pathway in care homes and other community teams., At Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust we provide 'outstanding' care to both our patients and our staff. We welcome dietetic students on A, B and C placements largely from Leeds Beckett university and the successful post-holder will be expected to take part in pre-registration training.
To provide specialist dietetic advice, education and support to patients, carers and other health care professionals within the community setting. This will include supporting the Home Enteral Nutrition Service and the Adult Undernutrition Care Pathway.
