Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust to appoint a Specialty Doctor to work in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This post would suit candidates who wish to develop their skills. Post -CCT candidates looking to complete ATSM and gain further experience are also welcome to apply.
This post will be initially for 12 months with possibility of extension.
This post will provide extensive training and experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. You will be a working on Middle grade Obstetrics and Gynaecology Rota with prospective cover arrangements. The applicant will attend general clinics, both in gynaecology and obstetrics and specialist clinic and operating List. We will encourage the development of special skills like scanning, colposcopy, infertility etc according to the need of the candidate. We will also support candidates in achieving article 14.
The post is currently contracted at 12.25 programmed activities per week and will be part of middle grade team of 18 registrars in 2 tier registrar cover.

The applicant will attend general clinics, both in gynaecology and obstetrics and specialist clinics.
