We have an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop our Statutory Pathways Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) service. This role offers the opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, young people, and their families by ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care., As a key member of our integrated therapy service, you will work closely with Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Team Leads to provide a cohesive and high-quality service. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of SALT services for children and young people across a variety of settings, ensuring their needs are met in line with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of SALT services within statutory pathways.
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance under the direction of the Operational Lead for SALT.
• Develop resources and training materials to empower school staff and other professionals in supporting children with communication difficulties.
• Contribute to service development through evidence-based projects focused on improving SALT services for school-aged children.
