Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic a Sr. Demand Planning Manager (B2B & Events) for our EMEA B2B Marketing team. You'll enhance partner relationships and grow our reputation through large-scale events, while driving brand awareness and demand. You'll collaborate with various teams and manage complex projects. This role requires quick adaptation and impactful results. Responsibilities: What You'll Do
- Develop and execute Commerce marketing plans for UK/EMEA, aligning with global strategy and regional needs.
- Own and deliver the Commerce events strategy to meet EMEA business and marketing goals.
- Design and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and deliver strong ROI.
- Engage proactively with various teams to create integrated marketing plans and leverage global strategies.
- Manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI from outsourced spend.
- Track and optimise campaign success based on insights and success metrics.
Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills, with experience managing complex events. - Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse organisations, management levels, and personalities; experience with marketing technology stacks is an advantage.
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation and events marketing.
- Strong background in B2B inbound marketing, including thought leadership, web and content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet/exceed pipeline and revenue targets and being an analytically driven decision maker.
