As a Senior Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. You will lead a team of production workers, monitor production processes, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs. You will report directly to our Senior Plant Manager and you'll work out of our Southend location. In this role, you will impact the success of our business by ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This will 100% onsite based on Southend, ESSEX Honeywell.

Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient., Oversee and manage the production operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments. Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the production area. Train and develop production workers to enhance their skills and performance.

Experience in production supervision or a similar role. Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices. Proven track record of meeting production targets and driving operational excellence., Professional qualifications, Operations Management, or a related field (not essential). Experience with implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills.
