You will be a major contributor in providing a better customer experience to millions of users worldwide. /p p As a Sr. Operations Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: /p ol li Learn and use groundbreaking technologies. /li li Apply advanced troubleshooting/debugging techniques to root cause incoming tickets. /li li Drive projects that improve support-related processes and automated incident resolution. /li li Develop internal tools, primarily in Ruby or Java. /li li Analyze service architecture, metrics/thresholds, and make recommendations to maximize system performance. /li li Mentor junior engineers and drive operational excellence initiatives across the Alexa organization. /li li
