Staff Nurse

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our ward team at Tavistock Hospital. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about working in the community hospital setting with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. We will support the successful candidate in their personal development and continued professional development. We provide 24 hour care on rotational shifts within a friendly team committed to providing high quality patient care. The successful candidate will work as part of the nursing team to provide high standards of care to ensure a positive experience to all patients.,

• Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification., You will co-ordinate, and deliver effective quality nursing care by assessing the needs, planning, implementing & evaluating the care for a group of patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
