Are you a Registered Staff Nurse looking for a new challenge and looking to progress within your nursing career? Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust currently have openings for Staff Nurses to join our Medical Specialities and Acute Medicine & Geriatrics directorates,

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

You will have opportunities to work alongside the Practice Development Nurse to further develop your key knowledge and skills in this exciting, fast paced environment. You need to have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate evidence based clinical practise and be open to further academic development. You must be flexible, approachable, compassionate, hardworking and be able to use your own initiative whilst also having the ability to work under pressure.
