Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia and palliative care needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and their families
Support and mentor junior staff members

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's nursing home and provide exceptional care to their elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, dementia care, and palliative care, and hold a valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification., RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
Proven experience in elderly care, dementia care, and/or palliative care
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
